Directions

From the Bay Area:  From either 880, 280 or 101 take Highway 92W to Half Moon Bay.  Turn left (south) onto Highway 1, which will be the 2nd stoplight in Half Moon Bay.  Continue for 15.5 miles to Pescadero Rd. and the town of Pescadero.  Turn left (east) and proceed 9.6 miles through Pescadero to Loma Mar. (Note, just past Loma Mar Market you will see a sign for Wurr Rd...do not turn there as it loops back around to Pescadero.)  In 9.3 miles you will pass the San Mateo Memorial Park entrance.  In less than 1/2 turn right at Wurr Rd. where you will see signs directing you to Redwood Glen.  Continue down a steep hill, across the bridge and up the hill to the camp entrance and Wright Drive, which veers left just beyond where the road narrows.

From the South Bay:  Use the directions above, or this alternate route which may save 20-30 mins.  From 101 or 280, take Highway 84 W towards La Honda.  About 1/2 mile past La Honda, turn left onto Pescadero Rd.  (Note: After about 1 mile, Pescadero Rd. makes a sharp hairpin, if you continue straight you will end up on Alpine Rd. and may get lost.)  Past Jones Gulch SF YMCA Camp.  After passing Oakland YMCA Camp Loma Mar, turn left at Wurr Rd. and follow the signs to Redwood Glen.  Continue down a steep hill, across the bridge and up the hill to the camp entrance and Wright Drive, which veers left just beyond where the road narrows.
